Description
A Cypriot social thriller. Kostas is a policeman, divorced, with a child and a mother in a nursing home. He struggles financially and often steals jewellery from the dead bodies he carries to the morgue. His ex-wife Andri works as a cleaner and is also struggling, because Kostas doesn’t always pay the full alimony. Kostas is also in a relationship with Elena, who lives with her mother. One day he and his colleague Andreas transport a dead old woman who turns out to be Elena’s grandmother. Kostas steals her cross and hides it with the other stolen jewellery in a cookie box in his kitchen cupboard. When Elena stays the night at his flat, she finds the box and things start to get complicated.
