Synopsis
The Georgius, a deeply religious Romanian-Norwegian couple, settle in a remote village along the Norwegian fjords. There, the family grows close with their neighbors, and the children from both households form a bond despite their contrasting upbringings.
When the Georgius’ teenage daughter arrives at school with bruises on her body, the local community begins to question whether they are linked to the traditional upbringing and discipline the children receive from their parents.
